About Our Founder - Irina Risukhina
Hi, I'm Irina, founder of Product Success Partners and a fellow entrepreneur in the trenches.
After 15+ years leading product development and quality initiatives at Coca-Cola, Starbucks, and Cadbury Schweppes, I now apply that expertise to help businesses like yours succeed. With my Masters in Food Production & Technology, I've developed countless consumer products and built quality systems that scale with growth.
As someone currently running my own wellness and beauty brand, I deeply understand the challenges you face. The late nights. The manufacturing headaches. The constant juggling of priorities and being overwhelmed with unexpected surprises. I've been there—I am there—and that's what makes my approach different.
